“ we stumbled into the Moon Dog Cafe while waiting out a snowstorm on I91. What luck!! Cozy, quiet atmosphere with very friendly people. Food was fantastic! We had the apple cinnamon French toast (it was really dessert posing as breakfast!) and the Krissy Kristo...so savory! we ate every last bite! Hope to be back again someday! ”
“ such sweet staff & a really cozy environment! got the breakfast burrito & french toast and it was great ”
“ Funky cafe in a funky little town. Classic worn cafe adorned with abstract art ( likely local). Opens a little late for breakfast but a breakfast it was. Get the French toast specialty...with a think piece of delicious ham, real maple syrup. The menu may be a bit short but I love unusuals and this ranks. Perfect service. ”
“ Super friendly staff! Food was bussin, got Brie and apple grilled cheese with a coffee, bf got the special French toast which was cinnamon apple. Really cute vibe , very homey and comfy. Love it here , would come back ”
“ The food is always excellent, above average in creativity and presentation. The waitstaff is fantastic, friendly, fast; never misses a beat. Very graciosly helpful. The chef is the best in Bellows Falls. The creativity of deserts is not to be passed by. The coffee is very good and the specialty drinks a treat. They are always busy with a warm friendly atmosphere created by the staff as well as the customers. A pleasant experience! ”
“ Stopped in for breakfast at this affordable and yummy spot! The coffee is self serve and feature really great and local brews. I had the apple french toast of the day and my boyfriend had the steak and egg burrito. The espresso chocolate scone didn't taste much like espresso but the chocolate chips were yummy. Great little spot with lots of locals chatting around, with super friendly and quick service. ”
“ Excellent food and service. A group of five on a girl's weekend loved everything about this place! ”
“ Absolutely adorable! We sat on the couch right by the window, surrounded by art and plants. Our waitress was extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. We ordered a chicken salad sandwich and the french toast monte cristo. The french toast was out of this world! Some of the fluffiest I've ever had, with real maple syrup. We loved the addition of the fresh watermelon on the side! The chicken salad sandwich was decent, but could have used a little more flavor. It came with a side of rice which was served cold; we found this to be a strange choice for a side. I would have enjoyed it more if it had been served warm. All around, a great expereince! I would ceetainly recommend stopping in for a bite. Please note, while they accept payment with cards, tips are cash only. ”
“ A perfect spot in Bellows Falls VT, for a good delicious healthy lunch on our way driving through Vermont, either heading up to Stowe or returning home to New York. Serving hearty soups, sandwiches and salads. Piping hot coffee, cappuccino, teas and hot chocolate. Delicious smoothies and fresh baked goods. Open space. Always good! ”
“ We had a most excellent lunch here! I would definitely recommend it. This is a charming little cafe that serves breakfast and lunch and also has a nice coffee/espresso to go service with lovely baked goods. The three of us had some great lunches. All were super fresh with wonderful greens in both a salad and on the sandwiches. I had a super tasty bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and a roast beef wrap. Sooo good! Don't hesitate to dine here! ”
